2. Overview of Data Processing

We only process personal data to the extent necessary to provide our website and services. The processing of personal data is generally carried out only with the consent of the user. An exception applies in cases where prior consent cannot be obtained for practical reasons and the processing of data is permitted by law.

3. Hosting

Our website is hosted on servers of an external hosting provider. The personal data collected on this website is stored on the host's servers. This may include IP addresses, contact requests, meta and communication data, contract data, contact details, names, website access, and other data generated via a website.

4. Contact Form / Project Request Wizard

When you contact us via our contact form (Project Request Wizard), the following data is collected and processed:

  • First name and last name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Company / Production
  • Project type and requested services
  • Timeline and location
  • Additional information (details, special requests)
  • IP address
  • User agent (browser information)

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in processing inquiries).

Storage duration: Data is stored in our database (MariaDB) and deleted after completion of the project or after 3 years at the latest, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

5. Email Service (Resend)

We use the service Resend (Resend, Inc.) for sending confirmation emails and internal notifications. When you submit a project inquiry, a confirmation email is sent to your email address. Your email address and name are transmitted to Resend for this purpose.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures).

6. Cookies and Cookie Consent

Our website uses cookies. When you first visit our website, you will be informed about the use of cookies via a cookie banner and asked for your consent.

6.1 Necessary Cookies

These cookies are technically necessary for the operation of the website and cannot be disabled. They store, for example, your cookie settings.

6.2 Statistics Cookies (Google Analytics 4)

With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google Analytics uses cookies that enable an analysis of your use of the website.

We use Google Analytics with IP anonymization enabled. This means that your IP address will be truncated by Google within the EU. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transferred to a Google server in the USA and truncated there.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent via cookie banner).

You can revoke your consent at any time by adjusting your cookie settings via the cookie banner or by deleting your browser cookies.

6.3 Marketing Cookies

We currently do not use marketing cookies. Should this change in the future, we will ask for your consent via the cookie banner.

6.4 Storage of Consent

Your cookie consent is stored both locally in your browser (localStorage) and in our database. In the database, we store:

  • A pseudonymised consent ID
  • IP address
  • Browser information (user agent)
  • Your consent decision (necessary, statistics, marketing)
  • Timestamp of consent

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR (legal obligation to demonstrate consent) and Art. 7(1) GDPR.

7. Database (MariaDB)

We store the data collected via our contact form and cookie consent in a MariaDB database on a secured server. Access is password-protected and restricted to authorised personnel.

8. SSL Encryption

For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, this site uses SSL encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the browser's address bar changing from "http://" to "https://" and by the lock symbol in your browser bar.

9. Your Rights as a Data Subject

You have the following rights:

  • Right of access (Art. 15 GDPR): You have the right to obtain information about your personal data stored by us.
  • Right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR): You have the right to have inaccurate data corrected.
  • Right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR): You have the right to request the deletion of your data.
  • Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR): You have the right to request restriction of processing of your data.
  • Right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR): You have the right to receive your data in a commonly used format.
  • Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR): You have the right to object to the processing of your data.
  • Right to withdraw consent (Art. 7(3) GDPR): You have the right to withdraw consent at any time.
  • Right to lodge a complaint (Art. 77 GDPR): You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

This privacy policy is currently valid as of February 2026. Due to the further development of our website and offerings, or due to changed legal or regulatory requirements, it may become necessary to amend this privacy policy.
